The Centrist Independent Voter PAC supports candidates who advance policies that are economically efficient, fair, respect personal freedom, and are politically realistic—within the context of strong democratic institutions and a stable international order.
Our endorsements reflect a commitment to pragmatic, results-oriented governance. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate a willingness to work across party lines, align incentives with sound public policy, and both win and govern beyond the primary.
In many elections, the general election outcome is largely determined by party alignment, making the primary the most meaningful opportunity to influence the quality of representation. CIVPAC encourages voters to consider not only their policy preferences, but also where their participation is most likely to influence the outcome and improve governance.
We explicitly reject the strategy of attempting to influence the opposing party’s nomination by supporting candidates perceived as weaker. Instead, voters should support the candidates they believe would govern most effectively, where their vote is most likely to matter.
