2026 Democratic Primaries for the U.S. House: Endorsements and Races Under Review

Map of current U.S. House congressional districts, with Democratic seats in blue, Republican seats in red, the independent seat in purple, and vacant districts in gray.

CIVPAC is reviewing candidates in selected 2026 primary and general-election races. This is a working list intended to make our endorsement process visible and to invite informed comments from voters who know these candidates and communities.

Status Key

  • Published endorsement — CIVPAC has formally endorsed the candidate and published the endorsement.
  • Under review — CIVPAC has discussed the race or candidate, but no endorsement has been published. This category may include candidates for whom a draft endorsement exists.
  • Endorsement likely—primary over — CIVPAC reached a favorable preliminary judgment, but the primary ended before an endorsement was published. The candidate may now be considered for the general election.
  • Under review for the General Election — The candidate has advanced from the primary, and CIVPAC is considering whether to endorse the candidate in November.

A primary endorsement does not automatically become a general-election endorsement. CIVPAC evaluates the November choice separately.
